Revelation 7
The Jewish people believe that they are saved because of their bloodline – their heritage. Other people believe similarly; possibly because of the letters on the building they enter weekly or on a certificate they possess. But here in Revelation 7, we are told who enters heaven. Read more here.
Colossians 4:2
Paul tells us to dedicate ourselves to prayer. Why? Because prayer is our direct line of communication with God. Through prayer we talk with God, give to Him the desires and sorrows of our hearts, lift up others and their needs, confess our sins, and thank Him for our blessings. Prayer is a gift from God. And the more we pray, the closer to God we grow and the stronger our relationship with Him becomes. So pray. Tell God what is in your heart and mind. He’s always listening!
