December 28th – Jeremiah 31:31

Jeremiah 31:31

God made a Covenant with His chosen people, Israel. An Old Covenant  based on His Law, and a Covenant meant for them alone. But now, through the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, there is a New Covenant. One that is all inclusive, and based on the work Jesus did on the Cross. For when we surrender our lives to Jesus, and lay our worries at His feet, the Lord washes away the fear and worry in our hearts, flooding it with His peace, and love. Thank you Jesus for Your calming grace.
