May 3rd – Deuteronomy 33:25

Deuteronomy 33:25

Some days feel like trying to climb a mountain climb in flip-flops. But Deuteronomy 33:25 reminds us that God gives strength as our days demand. Not all at once, not in bulk, but perfectly portioned for today. You don’t need tomorrow’s grace yet because you’re not living tomorrow. You’re living this very moment. And right here, right now, God says, “I’ve got you.” Like manna in the wilderness, His strength isn’t stored. It’s served fresh daily. So when life throws curveballs, deadlines, or yet another load of laundry, take a breath. You have exactly what you need to face it. Not because you’re superhuman, but because your God is super faithful. He’s not asking you to carry next week. He’s inviting you to walk with Him today. His grace isn’t late, and it’s never too early. God’s timing is always perfect. So even if your coffee wears off by noon, His strength never does. So breathe deep, lift your head, and step into today with confidence. Grace is here, and so is He.

July 8th – Matthew 6:34

Matthew 6:34

Trusting God grants us profound freedom by releasing us from the grip of anxiety and fear about the future. When we trust in His sovereignty and love, we are liberated from the paralyzing effects of worry, allowing us to live in the present with peace and confidence. This trust involves acknowledging that God is in control, and His plans are good, even when the future seems uncertain. Surrendering our worries to Him means actively choosing to lay down our anxieties through prayer and faith, believing that He cares for us and will provide for our needs. By focusing on God’s faithfulness today, we avoid the mental and emotional burden of speculating about what might happen tomorrow. This daily act of trust not only brings inner peace but also aligns our hearts with God’s will, enabling us to respond to today’s challenges with clarity and strength. As we practice surrendering our worries to God, we experience the freedom of a life free from the bondage of future fears.
